About the boat
We are now honored to broker a very fine Linjett 40 from 2005, with only 2 previous owners. This Linjett 40 is fully equipped and in very good condition, and has been stored and maintained by the Linjett yard in Rosättra throughout its lifetime. This fantastic sailboat was developed for both racing and enjoyable family sailing. It sails very well in light winds and has high seaworthiness in rough weather at sea, particularly regarding the rig’s strength and the boat’s stability in strong downwind conditions. This is a true performance cruiser. Thanks to the self-tacking jib, powerful electric winches, and furling mainsail, this Linjett 40 can be easily handled by 1-2 people. The quality of the interior is fantastic and made from selected mahogany. The Linjett yard’s incredible sense of quality and design gives the boat a warm and welcoming impression. Inside, you will find 3 spacious cabins with custom-made mattresses for a good night’s sleep. The Linjett yard built a total of 49 examples of the Linjett 40, and now you have the chance to own this fantastic sailing yacht where the equipment is continuously updated and the boat is “ready-to-go.”
