This is not just a boat – it’s a floating home with comfort and functionality for both shorter trips and longer stays. The Monte Fino 64 offers generous social areas, substantial sleeping accommodations, and a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for those seeking freedom at sea without compromising on living quality. Over the past eight years, the boat has been used as a permanent residence by its Swedish owner, who has spared no expense on maintenance, upgrades, and comfort. Investments in equipment and improvements exceed 2 million SEK, evident in every detail. The boat is in exceptionally good condition.
The salon is bright and inviting, with new cushions and curtains installed between 2020 and 2023, creating a pleasant environment for socializing and relaxation. The modern kitchen is equipped for long-term living, with two stovetops, a microwave/oven, two refrigerators, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a wine cooler – upgraded between 2019 and 2021. Four comfortable cabins and three toilets ensure family and guests sleep well on board, and a washing machine is also available for convenience.
For Nordic climates, the boat is excellently equipped. The powerful Mitsubishi air heat pump from 2019 has four outlets, providing comfortable warmth year-round. The salon has double-glazed windows, and the entire boat is fitted with polycarbonate winter windows. Covers for winter, spring/autumn, and summer are included.
On the technical side, the boat is equally impressive. A new autopilot motor was installed in March 2025, and the boat has a Garmin navigation system from 2016–2018, serviced as recently as 2023. A new 3-phase electrical installation and electrical panel were installed in 2022. The injectors on both main engines (Iveco 2 x 740 hp) were refurbished in 2022, as were the injectors on the Onan 16 MDL4P generator (2023). Service on both engines and the generator was recently performed – in April 2025.
Previously sailed home from the Mediterranean, the boat has proven to be fully capable for long voyages – while being equally enjoyable for the calmer pace of the archipelago.
