Well-maintained. A Swan 51 in outstanding condition! Only 2 previous owners. Well maintained at the shipyard. New teak deck -08/-09 laid in Sweden. Rebuilt in the salon with 2 armchairs on the port side at a shipyard in Sweden -92. Note the new mast -94 with hydraulic and easily sailed by 1 person. Bottom epoxy treatment -97. Hydraulic boom vang, new standing rigging -04, furling genoa -94, Seldén hydraulic furling mast -94, furling mainsail -94, FURLEX hydraulic furling system -94, seawater pump. Teak flooring in the salon, 17 winches in total, 3 of which are new. New Perkins diesel engine -13. New sails 2014 North.
